Hair is exposed to many factors that make it weak. First of all, this includes ultraviolet radiation – you must have heard that UV rays damage the skin. So remember that the scalp is also susceptible to the harmful effects of the sun. Hair is also damaged by environmental pollution and chemicals contained in hair dyes. Frequent drying and straightening have a particularly unfavorable effect on them. That’s why it’s so important to use the right hair care to help maintain its natural shine and strength.

Egg conditioner?

Thanks to the protein and cholesterol contained in eggs, they are able to properly nourish the scalp and hair roots. Your hair will then be healthier, and there will be much less hair left on the brush.

Hair - egg hair conditioner

If the thought of the strange smell that the eggs will leave in your hair scares you – take it easy. This conditioner is applied in the form of a mask.

Usage method

Break and beat the egg (white and yolk) and rub it into your hair along its entire length. Leave it on the head for 15-20 minutes, so that the compounds contained in the egg begin to affect the hair structure and scalp. After this time, you can simply rinse your hair with cold or lukewarm water and wash it as usual.

  • Remember that whipped protein and yolk can be safely used on normal hair, it is better to use yolk only for dry hair , and only for oily hair . Protein only supplement can be applied every 2 weeks, and the other 2 options – once a month.
  • Remember also that using the conditioner more often than recommended will not speed up the treatment or result in better results. On the contrary, the results can be counterproductive.
