Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1.5 heads of onions
- 5 slices of bread
- Piece of ham on the bone
- A handful of fresh garlic
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- A little parsley
- Start with the broth. Boil the leek, carrots and bone with ham in a pot of sufficient water to cover all the ingredients. Add the parsley and cook for another half hour. Try if the stock is ready, strain it and save it for later.
- Now heat the pan. Heat the olive oil and add the peeled garlic cloves with pepper. The smell will be very pleasant. When the garlic turns brown, add the sliced bread slices. Fry it well and add a teaspoon of paprika. Then pour the ready-made broth over it.
