The diet provides for a detoxification plan for 10 days. If you want to get the best results, you should strictly follow the recommendations. Give up eating unhealthy products during this time, so as not to miss the therapeutic effect of the treatment.

  • Mix the identical parts of lemon juice and maple syrup together so that they blend well together.
  • Then pour the mixture into a dark glass bottle and set it aside in the refrigerator to let it cool down a little.
